Structural characteristics of fully welded ball valves.
The fully welded ball valve adopts an integrally welded valve body structure, eliminating the possible leakage points of traditional flange-connected valves. Its ball and valve seat are closely fitted to form a two-way seal to ensure that the medium will not leak under high pressure. High pressure sealing performance
The sealing performance of fully welded ball valves is outstanding under high-pressure working conditions. Its valve seat adopts high-performance sealing materials (such as polytetrafluoroethylene), which can maintain close contact under high pressure and prevent medium leakage. Studies have shown that under high-pressure sealing conditions, the contact pressure between the valve seat and the ball is greater than the medium pressure, ensuring a good sealing effect.
