I. Collaborative cooperation mode
Series connection cooperation
In the chemical pipeline system, Y-type strainers and T-type strainers can be used in series. The Y-type strainer first removes small-sized impurities, and then the T-type strainer removes large-sized impurities, thus improving the filtration accuracy and extending the service life of the strainer.
Parallel connection cooperation
For systems with large flow rates, Y-type strainers and T-type strainers can be installed in parallel. According to the fluid characteristics and impurity content, the usage ratio of the two types of strainers can be flexibly adjusted to improve the filtration efficiency.
Graded cooperation
In processes that require fine filtration, a graded filtration mode can be adopted. First, use a T-type strainer for rough filtration, and then use a Y-type strainer for fine filtration to effectively improve the filtration accuracy.
