Three unique offsets eliminate friction during valve opening & closing:
1st Offset: Stem offset from disc center to separate disc from seat instantly;
2nd Offset: Stem axis offset from valve body bore center to reduce operation torque;
3rd Offset: Tapered seat angular offset creates wedge tight metal-to-metal sealing for bubble-tight bi-directional shutoff.
WCB carbon steel body withstand working temp from -29℃ to 425℃, seat overlay with Stellite alloy for superior wear resistance, service life extended over 3 times vs double eccentric butterfly valve.
