Our office will be closed from October 1 to 7. For any requestsreceived during this period, we will respond within 48 hours.
Can I place a purchase order during the holiday?
You can submit it and we will confirm receipt. Order entry into the production system happens from October 8. Your queue position is set by order entry date, not enquiry date.
Will my October shipment date hold?
If the contract specifies an October ship date and material has already been released, yes — subject to third-party inspection availability. If material has not been released, treat the October date as at risk and contact us for a revised schedule.
Is there any way to get a valve shipped during the holiday?
Only from finished-goods stock, only in standard configurations, and only with freight booking and customs documentation completed before September 30. We do not run a skeleton dispatch crew by default.
Does the holiday affect prices or quotations already issued?
No. Quotations issued before September 30 remain valid for their stated validity period. We are not using the holiday as a price-adjustment mechanism.
