1. Forged Valve Body CNC Machining Workshop (Matching the forging photos attached)
We stock forged body blanks ranging DN50 to DN1200. 5-axis CNC lathes integrally machine flange bolt holes and flow channels with precision up to 0.01mm. Every machined body undergoes MPI & UT non-destructive testing to detect internal forging cracks, with laser-etched material grade, heat number and production serial number for permanent traceability.
Unlike trading companies purchasing outsourced blanks, we forge valve bodies in-house, adjusting forging density to boost burst resistance under ultra-high pressure. All stacked large bore valve bodies waiting for assembly in the pictures are fully forged and machined within our factory.
2. Manual Sealing Lapping & Final Assembly Workshop
Machined ball and seat components are transferred to exclusive lapping stations. Senior technicians with over 10 years experience polish sealing surfaces with professional grinding tools to eliminate machining tool marks, achieving mirror finish for metal hard sealing. Assembly follows step-by-step API 6D bolt tightening standards with uniform preload to prevent gasket leakage under high pressure.
Every finished trunnion valve goes through dedicated test benches: 1.5 times body hydrostatic strength test and 1.1 times seat pneumatic bubble tight test. Full video records of test data are archived, with qualified valves anti-corrosion coated and packaged for shipment.
