1. Self-owned forging workshop eliminates casting defects
Equipped with CNC forging presses & medium-frequency heating lines, we forge valve bodies with A105, LF2, CF8M, WCB forged steel as one-piece blank. Split 3-piece body components are precision forged with uniform metal density, suitable for Class150~Class250 high pressure and cryogenic service without body cracking. All finished valves in our workshop adopt uniform black anti-corrosion coating, with blue plastic protection on threaded & welded ends for consistent dimensional accuracy in mass production.
2. CNC precision machining meets API 6D sealing standard
Full set of CNC lathes and ball grinding machines inside workshop deliver mirror polished ball with Ra≤0.2μm finish. Multiple seat materials including PTFE, RPTFE and metal hard seal are available. All valves pass hydrostatic & air leakage test before delivery with test records reserved, complying with API 6D for global oil & gas projects.
3. Modular flexible workshop for bulk stock & custom orders
Our workshop is divided into forging, machining, assembly testing and finished goods storage zones. Standard NPT threaded forged 3-piece ball valves (DN6-DN100) are always in stock. Custom solutions like extended handles, anti-static structure, lockable lever, long weld ends & cryogenic alloy bodies are supported. Bulk overseas orders can be finished within 7-15 days for global contractors & valve distributors.
4. Full in-house anti-corrosion treatment for export shipping
All forged bodies receive phosphating & black oxide coating inside workshop, galvanized carbon steel handles, full blue thread caps and independent pearl cotton packaging, avoiding rust & damage during long sea transportation, solving export valve loss problems.
