All incoming WCB steel castings, stainless steel seats, graphite packing and hand wheel components pass strict pre-production tests: spectrum analysis for steel chemical composition, non-destructive testing (NDT) for internal casting flaws. Industrial-grade anti-rust epoxy paint is selected for blue coating. Unqualified raw materials are rejected and returned to suppliers to eliminate hidden leakage & rust risks at the very start.
All flange faces, gate plates and stem sealing surfaces are precisely milled & polished by CNC machine centers, with mirror-grade finishing on valve seat sealing areas. Manufacturing strictly complies with API 6D industrial valve standards. Standardized flange dimensions, hole spacing and sealing grooves guarantee interchangeability across production batches, preventing assembly misalignment and on-site sealing failure.
Independent dust-free assembly workstations are separated in our factory, operated by certified technicians following standardized assembly procedures for stems, gate plates, packing glands and bonnets. Special tool fixtures prevent scratches on sealing surfaces from forced assembly. Every semi-finished valve undergoes manual appearance inspection to check threads, joint gaps and coating integrity; defective semi-products are sent back for rework.
Every finished gate valve must pass two mandatory hydrostatic tests in compliance with API 598: shell strength test and seat tightness test. Only valves with zero leakage & no deformation after pressure holding will proceed to blue anti-corrosion spray and high-temperature curing. Defective units are never shipped to overseas industrial projects, and complete inspection certificates are attached with every shipment.
