We source WCB steel ingot directly from certified steel mill with original material certificate, each batch of raw steel gets spectral analysis test in our in-house lab to avoid recycled inferior steel. The 12” Class150 Y strainer adopts thickened body casting, CNC precision machined flange sealing surface with flatness tolerance less than 0.03mm to prevent leakage under high temperature & high pressure working condition.

2. Double Standard QC System (ASME & GB), Full API598 Pressure Test Before Shipment

7-stage inspection process covers casting NDT test, dimension inspection, shell hydrostatic test (1.5 times working pressure) and air tightness test. Every 12 inch WCB Y strainer is attached with full inspection report, available with CE & UL certification to meet international project procurement requirement.

3. Optimized Y Cavity Design to Reduce Client’s Maintenance Cost
