The Ball Valves Have Been Successfully Installed And Delivered on Site for The Project of The Iranian Oil Company.

Recently, at the site of a key project of the National Iranian Oil Company, through the unremitting efforts of the technical team and construction workers, the installation and delivery of the ball valve equipment on-site were successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the project.

In this project, the installation of the ball valves faced numerous challenges. The complex working conditions of the Iranian oil project imposed stringent requirements on the sealing performance, pressure resistance, and other properties of the ball valves. Additionally, the harsh local environment, including high temperatures and sandstorms, presented additional difficulties for the installation work. To ensure a foolproof installation, the technical team conducted a detailed on-site survey in the early stage. Combining the project requirements, they repeatedly discussed and optimized the model selection and installation process of the ball valves.

During the installation process, the construction workers strictly adhered to the standardized procedures, overcame the interference of high temperatures and sandstorms, and precisely controlled every installation step. The technicians followed up throughout the process, monitored the installation data in real-time, and promptly resolved any technical issues encountered. Eventually, after several days of intense work, the ball valve equipment was accurately installed in place and passed a series of rigorous tests. All its performance indicators met or exceeded the expected project standards.
