To overcome the limitations of traditional sealing structures, in recent years, researchers and engineers have developed a series of new sealing structure designs, significantly improving the sealing performance and service life of gate valves.
The double sealing structure is an innovative design that combines the advantages of metal sealing and soft sealing. On the basis of metal sealing, a layer of flexible graphite or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing layer is added. This design not only utilizes the high strength and high temperature resistance of metal sealing, but also further improves the reliability and flexibility of sealing with the help of the elasticity of the soft sealing layer. The double sealing structure is particularly suitable for extreme working conditions such as high pressure, high temperature or low temperature, and can effectively prevent medium leakage and prolong the service life of valves.
The hydraulic sealing structure is a new design that realizes sealing by using hydraulic principles. It sets up a hydraulic cylinder inside the valve body and uses the pressure of hydraulic oil to tightly press the sealing ring on the valve seat to achieve sealing.
