Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the sealing performance of valves is a key factor to ensure the safe operation of the system. As two common types of industrial valves, gate valves and ball valves each have unique structures and sealing characteristics.

I.Requirements for valve sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. 

High temperature and high pressure conditions impose extremely strict requirements on the sealing performance of valves. High temperature may lead to creep deformation, oxidation corrosion, and aging of sealing materials. Ball Valve: The sealing performance of the ball valve is more reliable. Especially in metal-sealed ball valves, its sealing pair can remain stable under high temperature and high pressure.
