J-VALVES always takes technological innovation as the core driving force for enterprise development, continuously increases investment in research and development, introduces advanced technologies and equipment, and cultivates a high-quality
R & D team. The company has achieved a number of technological innovation results in aspects such as the design, manufacturing, and material application of ball valves, such as the research and development of new sealing structures, the application of high-performance materials, and the integration of intelligent control technologies. These technological innovation results not only improve the performance and quality of J-VALVES ball valves, but also provide customers with more efficient, reliable, and intelligent fluid control solutions.
Ball valve structure and working principle
The core component of the ball valve is a ball with a round through hole, and the ball is connected to the external drive device through the valve stem. When the valve stem drives the ball to rotate, the relative position of the through hole on the ball and the pipeline axis changes, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. In the open state, the through hole of the ball is aligned with the pipeline, and the fluid can pass freely. At this time, the flow channel of the ball valve is in a straight line, almost no obstacle, and the fluid resistance is minimal. In the closed state, the ball is rotated 90 degrees, and its sealing surface is tightly fitted to the seat, blocking the flow path of the fluid, and achieving a reliable seal. The valve body of the ball valve is usually composed of the valve body, the valve cover, the sealing seat, the ball and the valve stem and other main parts. As the shell of the whole valve, the valve body plays the role of supporting and protecting the internal parts, and is also the channel of fluid in and out. The valve cover is used to close one end of the valve body, forming a closed space with the valve body to prevent fluid leakage. The sealing seat is installed between the valve body and the ball, which is the key component to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. The material is usually selected according to the nature and working conditions of the conveying medium, common polytetrafluoroethylene, metal and so on. The ball is the core component of the ball valve, its quality and processing accuracy directly affect the performance of the valve, generally made of high-strength metal materials to ensure that it can still work normally in harsh environments such as high pressure and high temperature. The valve stem is responsible for transferring the external driving force to the ball, so that it can achieve rotating action, and the valve stem and the valve body are sealed through the packing group to prevent fluid leakage along the valve stem.
