The valve body is cast from ASTM A351 CF8M stainless steel (cast 316 equivalent). Molybdenum alloy component delivers outstanding resistance against chloride ion, sulfide and acidic medium corrosion, working temperature ranges from -29℃ to 425℃ with Class600 pressure rating up to 1000PSI, perfectly suitable for high-sulfur crude oil, saltwater and high-temperature chemical steam services.
Body Casting & Precision Machining: All raw materials are prime stainless steel ingot instead of recycled scrap steel; body wall thickness is 12% thicker than ASME minimum requirement to improve high-pressure safety.
